I absolutely love what I do for a living. I get to be creative every day while helping boutique fitness and wellness studio owners reach their goals and run their businesses more smoothly.

I studied Journalism with a minor in Women and Gender Studies at the University of Toronto, which gave me a love for writing, problem-solving, and figuring out how to make things work better. I’ve also grown into a proud intersectional feminist — equality for all, my friends!

For over three years I’ve been running my own business and helping others run theirs. I thrive on taking stress off my clients’ shoulders and creating systems that just make sense. I feel so lucky to work with amazing people and love the life I get to lead as a Virtual Assistant.

I love a good horror show… but not on your social media page! Having the opportunity to breathe new life into someone’s feed is so refreshing. I want to help bring your profiles to the next level. Let’s make magic together!

I obtained my diploma for Recreation and Leisure in 2015 which lead me to work for some amazing non-for profits. I noticed that while working at the various organizations, I found myself joining the Communications Committee. Working with people to help build a brand and style that shares the true voice of the company to its community. Pretty soon it went from being a fun element outside my role, to being part of my job description!

Then, like a gift from the universe, my sister started her own company! A small business that does just what I found a new love for. Now, instead of just helping one company, I get to help many small businesses grow and thrive, all while working with my best friend? UHHHH YA, of course I took that leap and I couldn’t be happier!
